OUR PUBLIC MANIFESTO

WHO WE ARE
AND HOW WE WORK

The principles that guide the Bureau’s work on projects.

  1. 01

BELOZĒROV is a project bureau. We help ideas become working realities by bringing together purpose, form, and the way a project operates.

  2. 02

We begin by understanding the task: the goal, the people it serves, the circumstances, and the constraints. A wish list is not yet a solution. If the question is framed poorly, we discuss it before production begins.

  3. 03

We work from a clear foundation. We explain what matters most in a project and why we choose a particular solution. A brand does not excuse a poor experience, and a pile of deliverables is no substitute for a useful result.

  4. 04

We keep facts and expectations separate. We distinguish measurements, observations, opinions, and assumptions. We do not present a polished prototype as a finished system or promise an unverified effect as a proven result.

  5. 05

We match the scope to the task and set out the deliverables and constraints in advance. The Bureau is the founding environment; MOZG is a distinct product, and its 72-hour format is an entry point. WEBSITE / 3 DAYS is a separate Bureau format. Specific timelines and terms are agreed separately rather than inferred from a name.

  6. 06

Every result has a next step. We deliver more than a presentation: we make clear what was done, how to use it, what still needs checking, and who is responsible for what comes next.

  7. 07

Work becomes shared experience. We prepare each completed project as a potential public case study: the task, the solution, the result, and feedback. We publish only approved materials; private correspondence and client data never become public automatically.

  8. 08

Tools do not erase responsibility. Projects and decisions have accountable people. AI can support our work, but it does not replace our judgment, verification of results, or agreements between people.

  9. 09

Trust has boundaries. We use only necessary materials that we are allowed to use, and we respect data and authorship. If we cannot carry out a task responsibly, we say so. Payment, rights, support, and termination terms are documented separately.
